At the price I wasn't initially sure it was worth it, but it actually looks better than in the photos... and it has turned out to be one of my favorite nursery purchases. My toddler loves it and I imagine we'll be using it forever. You can set any color, white or have it change though rainbow effects. If you take the balls off the light is even brighter. We use this during story time before bed. A fun way for kids to learn the colors. The balls glow for a really long time afterwards and can be carried around as nightlights as they remain cool to the touch! My daughter used to bring them onto her crib to play with them.

we bought this original for our niece and she loved it so much we had to get one of them for each of our 3 boys. They just love them as night lights in their rooms. Love how you can change the colors on them and have them set to one color or rotate through all of the colors. The balls also stay light for a while after they are removed from the nightlight. This is a great nightlight, we leave it on all night for the boys.
